370Z Handle

The Nissan 370Z's stock plastic interior hood release handle on the Z34 chassis will often crack and become unusable, especially for those in cold and snowy climates. Heavy snow/ice buildup on the hood will require excessive force to open and subject the handle to higher amounts of shear force. These hoods are heavy on their own due to the size, and when combined with cold or very hot weather, the plastic design isn't up to par. Often, on earlier Z34's, the plastic will degrade and break even if you're in a stable climate.

I have designed a permanent solution using Solidworks. So no more pulling that cable with vise grips. This reinforced design is directly swappable with the OE handle. It will last the car's lifetime as I have spent countless hours thoroughly testing and optimizing the design for maximum strength while maintaining a stock look with a nice Z logo touch.

The handles are 3D printed utilizing a high-quality Nylon/chopped carbon filament from MarkForged with a continuous pure carbon fiber inlay; these handles will never fail, assuming your release cable and the latch is functional. With over 100 orders, I have shipped these to 370Z owners worldwide with zero part failures to date.
